Conditions - Shipping and Returns Despatch We endeavour to despatch parts within 3 days of cleared payment being received. Occasionally, during busy spells this may be slightly longer. Please call or e-mail us to confirm despatch. Shipping Most shipping is by royal mail and prices are shown on the product pages. All prices shown are for UK by Royal Mail and where couriers are used England, Wales and Scotland (excluding highlands). Shipping is by 1st class, parcels and next day courier where appropriate. Please contact us for all shipping methods and destinations not shown for a quote - A full address and Zip/Postal codes are required where appropriate. Delivery It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate delivery addresses. Should an item be lost in the post we will endeavour to claim for the item. Any compensation is limited by the amount paid by the shipping company. If you wish to have insurance for your item, arrangements must be made in advance - a charge may be applicable for this service. Returns We comply with the distance selling act - any product can be returned within 7 days for a full refund (excluding postage). Where incorrect or faulty products are supplied replacement products or a refund will be provided once the item is returned. If a replacement is required prior to return, payment must be made for the replacement and a refund will be given on return of the item. Returns for unwanted parts after the 7 day distance selling act period will be charged a restocking fee of 10% (min £5)
